Goods Returned or Exchanged

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Les Magasins Korvette, you can return or exchange the item within thirty (30) days of making the purchase.

To do so, go to any Les Magasins Korvette store. You do not need to return to the same store where you bought the item. Present your proof of purchase and, if possible, the item’s original packaging. Tell the salesperson why you are returning the item.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, governmental legislation forbids us from exchanging or refunding certain items, such as undergarments and bathing suits. Thank you for understanding.

Refund Policy

If a purchase is made with a credit card, the refund will be credited directly to the same credit card. If a purchase is made with a debit card, the refund will be paid in cash.
