Official Rules - CONTEST: 65th anniversary of Korvette
General conditions of participation in the competition
a. There are four (4) draws on the Korvette Stores Ltd website (www.korvette.ca/contest).
b. These contests are open to Quebec residents aged 18 and over at the time of the draw.
c. To participate in the Korvette 65th Anniversary Contest, you must complete the form on Les Magasins Korvette Ltée website.
d. No entry limit per person. Upon registration, participation is valid for all draws of this promotion.
e. Complete the entry form including the answer to the mathematical question. The form must be completed before the end date of each draw.
f. The participant understands that he accepts that he is subscribed to the newsletter of Les Magasins Korvette Ltée and that he can unsubscribe at any time.
g. Winners may win only once per draw (see Section 6 for further explanation).

The contest will be held on Les Magasins Korvette Ltée website (www.korvette.ca/contest).
Contest Deadline Date and Time
Four (4) draws will take place from September 25, 8:00 a.m. to November 26, midnight.
Description of the method of award
a. At the time indicated in Section 6, the Contest Manager at the Head Office of Les Magasins Korvette Ltée will conduct a random draw for a participant.
b. After validation of the name of the prize winner, the contest manager will announce the winner on his website (see section 6).
Number, detailed price description and value
1st draw, 2nd draw and 3rd draw:
- Twelve (12) $25.00 gift cards in merchandise at Les Magasins Korvette Ltée
- Two (2) $50.00 gift cards in merchandise at Les Magasins Korvette Ltée
- One (1) $100.00 gift card in stock at Les Magasins Korvette Ltée
for a value of $500.00 per draw.
4th Draw:
- Twelve (12) $25.00 gift cards in merchandise at Les Magasins Korvette Ltée
- Two (2) $50.00 gift cards in merchandise at Les Magasins Korvette Ltée
- One (1) $100.00 gift card in stock at Les Magasins Korvette Lté
- One (1) $200.00 gift card in merchandise at Les Magasins Korvette Ltée
for a value of $700.00 for this draw.
The total value of the 4 contests is $2,200.00
As a result, there are a total of sixty-one (61) prizes.
Date and time of award winners
a. 1st draw, 2nd draw and 3rd draw:
I. On October 2, October 23 and November 6 at 8:00 a.m., the Draw Manager will conduct a random draw to determine the twelve (12) winners of a $25 gift card in Les Magasins Korvette Ltée merchandise, the two (2) winners of a card-$50 gift in merchandise Les Magasins Korvette Ltée, the (1) winner of a $100 gift card in merchandise Les Magasins Korvette Ltée and will inform them.
b. 4th draw:
I. November 27 at 8:00 a.m., the Draw Manager will conduct a random draw to determine the twelve (12) winners of a $25 gift card in Les Magasins Korvette Ltée, the two (2) winners of a $50 gift card in Les Magasins Korvette Ltée, on (1) winner of a $100 gift card in merchandise Les Magasins Korvette Ltée, the (1) winner of a $200 gift card in merchandise Les Magasins Korvette Ltée and will inform them.
c. All draws will be made under the supervision of two members of management designated by the contest organizer.
d. The organizer anticipates that the winners
- the first draw will be designated before 4 p.m. on October 2, 2023,
- the 2nd draw will be designated before 4 p.m. on October 23, 2023,
- the 3rd draw will be designated before 4 p.m. on November 6, 2023,
- the 4th draw will be designated by 4 p.m. on November 27, 2023.
In the event of a situation beyond our control that delays the draw, the organiser undertakes to exercise the draw as soon as possible, without prejudice.ice.
Media used to disclose prize winners
All winners will be announced on the Les Magasins Korvette Ltée Facebook page and website.
By completing the entry form, the winners agree that their name, city of residence and photograph will be used for commercial purposes and posted on the Facebook page and the website of Les Magasins Korvette Ltée, without any form of remuneration. They also accept that they are subscribed to the newsletter of Les Magasins Korvette Ltée (they can unsubscribe at any time).
The store manager or clerk assigned to the 26 winners will send a photograph of the award to the management of Les Magasins Korvette Ltée.
Place, date and time limit where prizes must be claimed
Each winner must claim their prize at the assigned store where the winner has chosen with their entry form was drawn by December 15, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. After this date, Les Magasins Korvette Ltée will not be required to present the prizes to the winners.
Proof of identity will be requested by the assigned manager or clerk so that the winner can claim his prize. Prizes cannot be delivered or otherwise routed to winners.
Exclusion
Employees of Les Magasins Korvette Ltée, as well as persons residing at the same address, may not participate in the contest.
Different
A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of an advertising contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for determination. A dispute regarding the award of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of intervening to try to resolve it.
The nature of the event to which a winner must submit to obtain his prize.
Participants must have indicated the correct answer to the mathematical question on their entry form.
In case of incorrect answer or no answer on a participation form, this person is not designated as the winner and another form will be drawn, until a form with the correct answer is drawn.
Other conditions
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-cash and non-transferable. The prize must be accepted as awarded.
- Gift cards must be used before January 31, 2024.
- In the event that the prizes are no longer available for reasons beyond the control of the contest organizers, they reserve the right to replace them with another prize of comparable nature and value or at their sole discretion, the value of the prize in cash.
- Chances of winning depend on the number of entry forms received.
- Price photos are for illustrative purposes only. Prices may differ from the image shown.
- To be declared a winner, the participant whose entry form has been randomly selected must comply with the conditions of participation and eligibility provided for in these rules. Failing to comply with one or more of these conditions, he will be disqualified and another draw will take place to determine a new winner. The decision is final and without appeal.
- Les Magasins Korvette Ltée, its shareholders, directors, employed officers, and any other person involved in this contest, disclaim all liability and warranty with respect to the prizes and contest.
- Les Magasins Korvette Ltée will not be liable for incomplete or incomprehensible contact information from participants. Les Magasins Korvette Ltée reserves the right to reject any entry form that is incomplete or involves human error and to proceed with the drawing of another entry form. The decision of the organizers to this effect is final and without appeal.
- Subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, Les Magasins Korvette Ltée reserves the right, in its sole discretion, modify, cancel or suspend this contest in its entirety for any reason beyond the control of the organizers that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal conduct of the contest.
- Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the rules of the competition.
