Purchasing policies

Layaway Plan

Customers can take advantage of our layaway plan for in-store items, except for special promotions such as:

"20% off" days
"We pay the tax" days

A minimum deposit of 15% of the amount of your purchase is required. You will have thirty (30) days to make full payment of the items put on layaway. We can also extend the layaway with additional partial payments until you are ready to pick up your items.

Discounts for Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs)

Our company gives social groups such as non-profit organizations the opportunity to qualify for discounts on their purchases. Contact the store manager in your region for more information. He and his team will be happy to offer you a 10% discount on purchases under $100 and 20% on purchases of $100 and up.

Discounts do not apply to certain items.

Goods Returned or Exchanged

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Les Magasins Korvette, you can return or exchange the item within thirty (30) days of making the purchase.

To do so, go to any Les Magasins Korvette store. You do not need to return to the same store where you bought the item. Present your proof of purchase and, if possible, the item?s original packaging. Tell the salesperson why you are returning the item.

Would you like to exchange your item or would you prefer to be completely refunded? Let us know! We will be glad to help.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, governmental legislation forbids us from exchanging or refunding certain items, such as undergarments and bathing suits. Thank you for understanding.

Refund Policy

If a purchase is made with a credit card, the refund will be credited directly to the same credit card. If a purchase is made with a debit card, the refund will be paid in cash.
